The New Energy Saving Fan
With their continuous research and development Helix have now introduced An Energy Saving Fan for Trough Witherers which save approximately 33% of electricity and delivers the same required CFM whilst maintaining the same static pressure. The Dynamic Balancing ensures zero vibration.

Withering Trough Sections
Mixing Chamber is fabricated in 1.5mm thick MS Sheet with a conical circular section and mating flange in 5mm thick MS at Fan end to provide maximum Air flow to the Trough. Conical section is at least 150mm larger than the fan diameter. The air inlet end of the Mixing Chamber has 50mm x 5mm flat Iron flange and fitted to the floor with 50mm X 50mm X 6mm AI bracket. 6 Nos Air inlet louvers fabricated in 16 WG MS sheets fitted with a 38mm X 38mm X 6mm rectangular AI frame and fitted onto the front flat iron Flange of the mixing chamber. 2’ X 1’8” hot air louver section mounted on top of the mixing chamber and provided with 38mm X 38mm X 6mm AI flanges on both sides for easy removal. Louver beds provided in 16WG MS sheets with an external operating handle.
